SEAMO stands for Safe, Electrified & Autonomous Mobility and is a development service provider for the automotive industry. We are looking for ambitious colleagues to work on innovative technologies for well-known OEMs and suppliers on a temporary basis.

We are currently looking for a Technical Project Lead (m/f/d) in Aschaffenburg / Sailauf.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leading global team members working on software, hardware, and mechanical product teams standardization, and facilitating reuse throughout the Product Development Life Cycle
  • Managing engineering change, configuration, and risk management activities
  • Identifying reusable product units, synergy opportunities, and quantifying benefits to convince stakeholders
  • Collaborating with various engineering teams within Magna’s product development, including hardware, mechanical, firmware, software, validation, and system/feature function engineers
  • Overseeing defect management and leading disciplined root cause analysis efforts.
  • Representing the primary product interface to customers on technical topics during presentations
  • Ensuring engineering targets for product deliverables are met on time, covering aspects such as quality, delivery timing, performance, and product BOM Costs
  • Directing the product team in the development and production release of engineering deliverables in compliance with the product development process and customer expectations
  • Assessing and planning engineering development (ED) activities and determining design verification (DV) readiness

Ihr Profil:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of product development engineering practices in the automotive field
  • Profound technical knowledge of automotive electronics products and familiarity with typical automotive OEM requirements
  • Working knowledge in a structured engineering approach
