For our major customers from the aviation industry in Frankfurt, we are looking for committed employees with immediate effect as a Clerk (m/f/d) Procurement Management within the framework of temporary employment.
Tasks:
- Administration and maintenance of a contract award management system for EU and non-EU contracts.
- Implementation of administrative processes in the context of award procedures.
- Management of national and Europe-wide tendering procedures, preparation of price comparison lists and formal review of offers and specifications.
- Coordinating and answering bidder questions in compliance with compliance regulations.
- Ensuring documentation and filing, preparing documents and supporting the reporting system.
- Administrative support for purchasers and managers.
Qualification:
- Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in public procurement law, preferably with a public procurement office or law firm.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office.
- Good knowledge of German
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
