We are looking for committed employees as Project Management Office - PMO (m/f/d) in the HR department for our major client in the aviation industry (airline) as part of a temporary employment contract.
Tasks:
- Communication: You are the central point of contact for communication within the project team and with external partners and stakeholders.
- Event management: You will be responsible for the organization of events, including room planning, scheduling, procurement of giveaways and other materials.
- Organizing appointments with top management offices: You coordinate appointments and meetings with top management and ensure that all relevant people are involved.
- Participant management: You are responsible for sending out invitations, answering queries and looking after participants during the events.
- Evaluation: You support the evaluation of project results and derive suggestions for improvement.
- Enablement support: You support the implementation of enablement measures and help to ensure that the project goals are achieved.
Qualification:
- Completed studies, preferably HR-related (social sciences, economics, psychology or comparable)
- Background in human resources is desirable
- Experience in project management office (PMO)
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Team player: You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to achieving common goals.
