We are currently looking for committed working students in the field of recruiting (m/f/d) in the area of personnel consulting. You will play a decisive role in recruiting new employees for our company.
SEAMO Engineering is a trusted personnel consultant and service provider for recruiting and filling future-oriented projects and positions in industries such as automotive, aviation and IT.
Tasks:
- Applicant screening
- Conducting structured selection interviews
- Evaluation of candidates based on predefined criteria
- Participation in analyses of recruiting trends and labor markets
- Development of strategies to diversify sourcing sources for a broad talent pool
- Application of active sourcing methods, especially in the area of social media
- Proactive input for the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies
Qualification:
- Studies: preferably industrial engineering, alternatively business administration, economics, business informatics, social sciences, psychology or similar.
- Professional experience with a focus on recruiting & talent sourcing desirable
- Empathy and skill in dealing with people
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Negotiating skills
- Conceptual skills
- Good knowledge of relevant IT systems and applications
