For our major client from the aviation industry in Frankfurt, we are looking for committed employees as HR Specialist (m/f/d) within the framework of temporary employment.

Tasks:

• Advice on labor law issues: They advise managers comprehensively on all employment law issues, both on an individual and collective level.
• Co-determination processes: You lead and support co-determination processes in your area of responsibility.
• Career and development planning: They support managers in planning and developing the careers of their employees, for example by organizing and participating in talent conferences.
• Staffing processes: You design and manage the entire recruitment process, starting with the definition of sourcing channels, through the selection process and contract design, to ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Labor law analyses: They analyze and prepare employment law issues and individual cases.
• Integration management: They carry out company integration management.
• Project management: You initiate and implement projects on HR policy issues and optimize existing processes.

Qualification:​

• Academic degree: (Specialist) university degree in economics, business law, psychology or comparable.
• Professional experience: Relevant experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Legal knowledge: Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law as well as operational personnel management.
• Appearance: Confident and professional demeanor at all hierarchical levels.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent expressiveness, coupled with argumentation and negotiation skills.
• Empathy: High social competence and empathy in dealing with people.
• Ability to work in a team: Strong team orientation and willingness to cooperate.
• IT skills: Safe use of IT programs.
