We are currently looking for an Order Processing Clerk - Contract Management Assistant (m/f/d) for a renowned industrial service provider in the petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and oil sectors in Düsseldorf.

Tasks:

• Order check/confirmation & order creation in SAP
• Monitoring and calculation of orders on the basis of delivery documents & time sheets
• Application for guarantees
• Check Credit Insurance & Factoring

Requirements:​

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in commercial order processing
• SAP-S4 HANA knowledge (SD & PS & FI) or SAP-R3
• Structured & careful work
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Windows-Microsoft-Office (Excel, Word, ...)
• Independent/responsible work in a team
• Experience in mechanical/plant engineering (technical understanding) an advantage
