Aircraft Loading Supervisor (m/f/d)

For our major customer from the aviation industry in Frankfurt, we are looking for committed employees with immediate effect as Aircraft Loading Supervisor (m/f/d).

Tasks:

• Ensuring safe, punctual and efficient aircraft handling
• Monitoring of flight-side handling services and support in the event of queries
• Control of IT-controlled process sequences in Load Control
• Compliance with the loading principles and observance of aircraft-specific features
• Ensuring smooth handling
• Monitoring the timely provision of all services
• Manual system interventions in the event of missing information from interfaces
• Problem solving with system support
• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Carrying out methodical safety and quality checks

Qualification:​

• Intermediate school leaving certificate with technical or commercial vocational training or high school diploma with relevant previous experience
• Ideally experience in aircraft handling or a comparable position
• High sense of responsibility and strong problem-solving skills
• Good IT skills and experience in handling systems
• Confident appearance and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work shifts and flexible working hours
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
