For our assignments in power plant and industrial plant construction, we are looking for committed Industrial mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in valve technology.

Tasks:

• Assembly and disassembly of fittings
• Mechanical processing of valve components as part of the repair process
• Cleaning and testing of fittings in accordance with applicable standards
• Replacement and fitting of spare and wear parts
• Carrying out calibration, alignment and adjustment work
• Production and repair of complex operating equipment, constructions and assemblies
• Use of machine tools for processing parts with complex geometry
• Assembly, disassembly and repair of complete systems
• Creation of partial drawings for workshop work from project documents
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Fixture work and technical documentation maintenance
• Carrying out pressure and leak tests
• Carrying out flushing processes on equipment and piping systems
• Support with the commissioning of systems and units

Requirements:​

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic in valve technology or comparable metal profession with demonstrable experience in the field of valve technology
• Sound knowledge in the maintenance and testing of fittings
• Experience with machine tools for processing complex components
• Confident handling of technical drawings and project documents
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment
• Willingness to work shifts and nationwide assembly assignments
