Buyer (m/f/d) - Construction environment

We are currently looking for committed purchasers in the construction sector (m/f/d) on a temporary basis for our major customers in the aviation industry in Frankfurt.

Tasks:

• Support of specialist and senior buyers (m/f/d) in daily business
• Implementation of procurement processes with low to medium complexity
• Performing administrative tasks such as document storage, database maintenance and system maintenance
• Carrying out original purchasing tasks, including invitations to tender, comparing offers and monitoring orders

Qualification:​

• Completed vocational training, specialist in business administration or completed studies (business administration, economics, civil engineering)
• Professional experience in purchasing, preferably with a sector client or a public contracting authority
• Experience in the procurement of construction services and/or technical purchasing
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Experience in the administration and maintenance of databases and document storage
• Experience in the processing of supplements and commercial invoice verification
