For a leading international aviation group we are looking for committed employees at the Frankfurt location with immediate effect as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in the context of temporary employment. In this role, you will support the operational and strategic HR processes in a state-of-the-art, system-relevant and internationally networked corporate environment.
Tasks:
- Proactive advice and support for managers on all HR topics as the first point of contact
- Advice on employment law issues (collective & individual) and support with organizational changes
- Support with recruitment processes including initial consultation and coordination with Recruiting
- Planning, implementation and documentation of co-determination processes
- Advice on remuneration determination and development in the area to be supported
- Supporting managers in the individual development and career planning of employees (e.g. as part of talent conferences)
- Advice on tactical HR planning and involvement in long-term strategic HR planning
- Analysis, evaluation and solution of labor law issues
- Researching and processing current HR policy issues and deriving recommendations for action
- Creation of HR key figures, reports and evaluations
- Conception, drafting and review of contracts, works agreements and internal agreements
- Managing change processes and supporting managers through change
- Induction and guidance of new HR team members
- Collaboration in HR projects and assumption of special tasks
- Ensuring an efficient flow of information between HR, specialist departments and co-determination bodies
- Professional representation of the department's interests vis-à-vis the works council and other stakeholders
Qualification:
- Completed university degree in the field of business law, economics, psychology, law or similar
- Alternatively: Commercial training in aviation with relevant further training (e.g. HR specialist, AKAD certificates)
- Several years of professional experience in the HR environment, ideally as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in working with co-determination bodies
- Very good knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, collective agreements and works agreements
- Knowledge of SAP HR
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Empathy and a confident demeanor
