SEAMO stands for Safe, Electrified & Autonomous Mobility and is a development service provider for engineering and IT. Our aim is to build a bridge into these advanced technologies for our customers.

We are currently looking for a Design Engineer (m/f/d) for a renowned industrial service provider in the petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and oil sectors.

Tasks:

  • You plan pressurized pipelines in the HD/MD/ND area, maintain 3D models and create isometric drawings and component drawings, as well as parts lists and MTOs, taking into account the applicable standards and safety guidelines.
  • They carry out installation planning and create support plans for piping systems.
  • You will independently clarify technical issues with the internal specialist departments, including process engineering, strength calculation, production, quality assurance and subcontractors.
  • They implement company and project-related specifications and have experience in the application of internationally applicable regulations (AD 2000, DIN EN 13480, ASME B31.1/3, DIN EN 12952).
  • They implement the requirements from P&I flow diagrams, technical drawings and data sheets.
  • They compile design examination documents within the framework of the Pressure Equipment Directive for the notified body.
  • You support the evaluation of supplier offers.

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship.
  • You have several years of experience in industrial pipeline construction.
  • You have several years of experience in the design of pipelines and pressure equipment and are confident in the use of design software, including catalog processing (AVEVA PDMS/E3D).
  • You have experience in measuring existing systems and evaluating point clouds.
  • You have knowledge of current regulations, preferably DIN EN 13480, AD 2000, ASME B31.
  • You have a good command of German and English (at least B2 level).
  • You work confidently with Microsoft Office.
  • You have a reliable and structured way of working, a high understanding of quality and work with commitment and assertiveness.
