We are looking for committed employees in the field of ground handling (m/f/d) for our major customers in the aviation industry in Frankfurt.

Tasks:

• Ensuring an efficient exchange of communication and information with all departments involved in operations
• Coordinating and allocating apron and hall positions
• Control of routine processes such as towing, stall/stall procedures, A/C provision and air conditioning, heating processes, etc.
• Arranging the provision of the necessary ground equipment such as power supply and stairs
• Receiving, processing and, if necessary, forwarding inquiries and orders to operations management, both externally and internally
• Supporting the management in operational matters
• Monitoring of telex and e-mail traffic
• Forwarding of complaints to the responsible departments for rectification

Qualification:​

• Successfully completed vocational training in a relevant field.
• Several years of professional experience in the aviation industry an advantage
• High level of service readiness and pronounced customer orientation
• Confident and confident appearance as well as professional contact behavior.
• Good IT skills
• Basic knowledge of English
• Suitability for shift work
• Ability to work in a team
