Personnel Controller (m/f/d) - Aviation

For our major client from the aviation industry in Frankfurt, we are looking for committed employees as Personnel Controllers (m/f/d) on a temporary basis.

Tasks:

• Assuming responsibility for the coordination and planning of the required personnel capacities and expenses.
• Preparation of a monthly forecast report on expected personnel capacities and expenses.
• Main contact person for divisional managers and executives for questions relating to personnel controlling.
• Reporting of all relevant key figures and facts in the area of personnel controlling as well as analysis and explanation of deviations in relation to the development of personnel capacities and expenses.

Qualification:​

• Completed studies or commercial vocational training with appropriate
• Professional experience in human resources
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP-HR/-CO/-BW
• Independent and structured way of working
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Team and communication skills
