PL-SQL Developer (m/f/d) - Airline / Aviation

We are currently looking for committed employees as PL-SQL Developer (m/f/d) for our major client from the aviation industry (airline) in Frankfurt. The position includes the further development of a highly complex contracting tool for B2B customers and travel agencies as well as the analysis, design and implementation of new functions and improvements within the contracting tool.

Tasks:

• Collaboration in a team for the continuous further development of a contract tool for B2B customers and travel agencies.
• Analysis, design and implementation of functions and improvements in the contracting tool.
• Integration of new functions and improvements, taking into account the existing architecture and database structure.
• Work closely with other team members, including testers, product owners and scrum masters, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Contributing ideas and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the system and development processes.

Qualification:​

• Completed studies in computer science, mathematics or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of PL/SQL development and Oracle databases.
• Experience in working with large codebases and complex data structures.
• Mastery of PL/SQL programming techniques for efficient data processing and manipulation.
• Good understanding of database concepts and principles.
• Experience or knowledge in Java development for front-end systems.
• Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a complex and powerful tool.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate in an agile environment according to the SAFE methodology.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Independent working style and the ability to solve problems independently.
