We are currently looking for a Change Manager (m/f/d) for a renowned major client from the aviation industry (airline) in Frankfurt on a temporary basis. As a Change Manager (m/f/d), you will actively accompany the change processes in the context of digital transformation and support various teams and managers in the successful implementation of change management measures. You will work closely with the project teams, coordinate the corresponding change requirements of the stakeholders and develop strategies for a sustainable and successful transformation.
Tasks:
- Advice and methodical support for project teams in all aspects of change management, both conceptually and operationally
- Contact person for change topics for the departments, teams and managers
- Identification, prioritization and implementation of change measures, such as the conception and moderation of workshops, communication activities and conflict resolution strategies
- Development of customized change architectures, including communication plans and change stories
- Designing concepts to actively involve the employees concerned
- Stakeholder management and actively dealing with resistance
- Continuous evaluation of measures through regular feedback loops and adjustments
Qualification:
- Completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline
- More than 3 years of experience in change projects or in systemic organizational development
- Confident handling of change management methods and communication strategies
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- High level of consulting expertise, moderation skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Empathy, assertiveness and excellent communication skills
