We are currently looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) for our major clients in the aviation industry in Frankfurt. You will play a decisive role in recruiting new employees for the company.

Tasks:

  • Conducting structured selection interviews
  • Evaluation of candidates based on predefined criteria
  • Participation in analyses of recruiting trends and labor markets
  • Development of strategies to diversify sourcing sources for a broad talent pool
  • Application of active sourcing methods, especially in the area of social media
  • Active participation in market analyses and identification of recruiting trends
  • Advising teams and departments on best practices in recruitment
  • Proactive input for the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies
  • Interaction with co-determination bodies to ensure transparent and efficient recruitment
  • Creation of works council templates in coordination with legal requirements
  • Issuing contracts and active participation in negotiations as required

Qualification:

  • Completed studies in business administration, economics, social sciences, psychology or a comparable field of study
  • Professional experience with a focus on recruiting & talent sourcing
  • Knowledge of the German and international employer market
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends in the field of recruiting and sourcing methods
  • Empathy and skill in dealing with people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Negotiating skills
  • Conceptual skills
  • Good knowledge of relevant IT systems and applications
