We are currently looking for an Order Processing Clerk - Contract Management Assistant (m/f/d) for a renowned industrial service provider in the petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and oil sectors in Düsseldorf.
Tasks:
- Order check/confirmation & order creation in SAP
- Monitoring and calculation of orders on the basis of delivery documents & time sheets
- Application for guarantees
- Check Credit Insurance & Factoring
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in commercial order processing
- SAP-S4 HANA knowledge (SD & PS & FI) or SAP-R3
- Structured & careful work
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Windows-Microsoft-Office (Excel, Word, ...)
- Independent/responsible work in a team
- Experience in mechanical/plant engineering (technical understanding) an advantage
