SEAMO stands for Safe, Electrified & Autonomous Mobility and is a development service provider for engineering and IT. Our aim is to build a bridge into these advanced technologies for our customers.

We are currently looking for dedicated Project Engineers (m/f/d) in Process Engineering Energy Transition for our client in the service sector in the petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and oil industries.

Tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the process engineering planning of subsystems through to complete plants (water-steam systems, district heating, hydrogen production), from the concept phase through to commissioning and performance tests.
  • You create energy and mass balances, pressure loss calculations and system plans
  • You create and edit process engineering flow diagrams
  • You are responsible for the process engineering design of system components (e.g. pumps, tanks, control and safety valves)
  • You support the preparation of inquiry documents, check technical offers and evaluate them for procedural issues
  • You create function and rule descriptions
  • You actively participate in safety assessments (e.g. HAZOP)
  • You create process engineering operating instructions and training documents
  • You accompany/support the warm commissioning phase, the optimization phase and acceptance on the construction site

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in engineering with a focus on process engineering.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in industrial or power plant engineering.
  • You have knowledge of the design and implementation of process engineering or power plant systems.
  • You have a very good command of German and English.
  • You act and think in a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial way
  • You are communicative, structured and enjoy working independently
  • You are familiar with working with MS Office.
  • Ideally, you have already acquired some basic knowledge of common calculation and simulation programs (e.g. EbsilonProfessional, SINETZ, Conval).
  • You are prepared to make occasional business trips, e.g. as part of system inspections at the customer's premises or during the commissioning phase
