We are currently looking for Supply Managers (m/f/d) in the field of equipment, material & manufacturing services for a renowned industrial service provider in the petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and oil sectors in Düsseldorf.

Tasks:

• Strategic purchasing and supplier management
• Conducting price and condition negotiations and concluding framework agreements
• Independent handling of the ordering process (technical and commercial)
• Supplier evaluations
• Operational supplier support
• Monitoring of delivery dates
• Checking and posting purchase invoices
• Administrative support for the head of department
• Processing of complaints

Requirements:​

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or industrial engineering
• Experience in procurement processes of equipment, material & manufacturing services in the context of project management in plant and mechanical engineering - you have the ability to analyze, structure and coordinate complex project processes.
• Basic knowledge of Cost Value Engineering (CVE) methodologies
• Strong negotiator with experience in international business relationships
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English 
• Good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of SAP/Hana
