Would you like to gain valuable practical experience in human resources and organizational development during your studies? Then you've come to the right place!

As a working student in HR, you will support our team, particularly in the area of 360° feedback.

Tasks:

• Answering user questions about 360° feedback (first level support)
• Reporting of errors and clarification of questions with the external IT provider for the 360° feedback tool
• Monthly evaluation of participation rates for the management levels and creation of anonymized reports
• Support in the further development of the 360° feedback concept and process, particularly in the areas of:
  • Project management
  • Creation and validation of questionnaire content
  • Evaluation of a pilot process

Qualification:​

• Ongoing studies (Bachelor/Master) in Psychology, business psychology, business administration (BWL) with a focus on HR, social sciences or a comparable course of study
• Sound knowledge of feedback processes
• Experience in questionnaire construction and validation
• Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Teams, Excel and SharePoint
• Very good knowledge of English
