Working student in recruiting (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for committed working students in the field of recruiting (m/f/d) in the area of personnel consulting. You will play a decisive role in recruiting new employees for our company.

SEAMO Engineering is a trusted personnel consultant and service provider for recruiting and filling future-oriented projects and positions in industries such as automotive, aviation and IT.

Tasks:

• Applicant screening
• Conducting structured selection interviews
• Evaluation of candidates based on predefined criteria
• Participation in analyses of recruiting trends and labor markets
• Development of strategies to diversify sourcing sources for a broad talent pool
• Application of active sourcing methods, especially in the area of social media
• Proactive input for the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies

Qualification:​

• Studies: preferably industrial engineering, alternatively business administration, economics, business informatics, social sciences, psychology or similar.
• Professional experience with a focus on recruiting & talent sourcing desirable
• Empathy and skill in dealing with people
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical thinking
• Negotiating skills
• Conceptual skills
• Good knowledge of relevant IT systems and applications
