We are currently looking for committed employees in the area of recruiting (m/f/d) - technical professions. You will play a decisive role in recruiting new employees for the company.

Tasks:

• Support for speakers in their recruiting activities
• Providing information and telephone support for applicants on applicant questions and applicant management
• Management of the e-mail inbox and regular correspondence
• Job descriptions
• Independent execution of small tasks within the scope of the work process

Qualification:​

• Degree in industrial engineering (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar)
• Strong organizational skills
• Argumentation skills and a confident manner
• Presentation and formulation skills in written communication
• Ability to deal with conflict and compromise when dealing with different requirements
• Good knowledge of IT and MS Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work in a team and independently
